Role Overview
The Business Analyst is responsible for bridging the gap between business needs and technical execution. This role focuses on eliciting, analyzing, validating, and documenting requirements, ensuring all delivered solutions provide measurable business value and are built upon a foundation of standardized metrics.
Roles & Responsibilities
· Requirements Elicitation: Lead workshops and interviews with stakeholders to elicit, document, and manage functional and non-functional requirements.
· KPI Definition: Work closely with data stakeholders to define, document, and gain consensus on accurate KPI definitions that will drive product success and reporting.
· Documentation & Maintenance: Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including user stories, process flows, acceptance criteria, and requirement traceability matrices.
· Validation: Support the Test Engineer and development team by validating that the implemented solution meets the defined acceptance criteria.
Required Skill Set
· 10+ years of experience working as a Business Analyst in a software or data-centric environment.
· Proven ability to define and document precise KPI definitions and business
· Ability to interact with business C level stakeholders and handle change management.
· Excellent technical writing skills and proficiency in producing high-quality project documentation.
· Strong analytical and communication skills to interface effectively between business and technical teams
