About the Role:

As a Business / Data Analyst at monday.com, you will play a crucial role in driving data-driven decision-making and optimizing business processes across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to analyze data, provide actionable insights, and help shape strategic initiatives. Your contributions will directly impact our growth and ability to deliver exceptional value to our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret complex data sets to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals and translate them into data requirements
  • Design and build dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators and operational metrics
  • Present insights and recommendations to stakeholders, enabling informed decision-making
  • Support the design, implementation, and improvement of internal processes using data-driven approaches
  • Assist teams in leveraging data for forecasting, planning, and optimizing business strategies

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, business analysis, or a related field
  • Proficiency in SQL, data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI), and Excel
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills
  • Experience working with large data sets and transforming data into actionable business insights
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical audiences
  • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., Business, Data Science, Mathematics, Economics) or relevant work experience
