- Increase the product adoption with financial services institutions and large enterprises by winning new customers
- Be the key point of contact for and build partnerships with leading financial services institutions
- Provide business and technical knowledge to existing customers and partners to ensure customer satisfaction and strengthen customer relationships
- Provide the engineering team with data-driven customer feedback to help identify potential new opportunities and improve customer satisfaction
skills & experiences required.
- 5-10 years’ experience in global sales experience with financial services customers
- Knowledge of banking IT systems and key functions
- Knowledgeable about cloud, enterprise SaaS, and/or blockchain technologies and SaaS marketplaces
- Ability to engage customers at a senior level to understand technical and business needs
- Eager to learn and grow in a high-growth environment
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
