KASH Tech LLC is a fast-growing data technology consultancy headquartered in Lake Mary, FL. We help manufacturing enterprises break down data silos, modernize legacy BI platforms, and unlock AI-driven decision intelligence. Our work spans data analytics consulting, cloud data solutions (Microsoft Fabric, Databricks), legacy IT modernization, and proprietary products built specifically for manufacturing environments — including FactoryNex, T-Ally, InfoPeak, and TrackMate.
Having established a proven track record delivering analytics and automation systems for manufacturing clients in India, KASH Tech is now aggressively expanding its U.S. manufacturing practice. We are searching for a high-performance Business Development Executive to lead that charge.
This is not a typical quota-carrying sales role. You will have two primary growth levers:
- Re-engaging existing and former clients — enterprise companies that previously utilized KASH Tech's services but are no longer active — and identifying new revenue opportunities across their broader business units.
- Acquiring new manufacturing logos in the United States by positioning KASH Tech as the go-to partner for data modernization, analytics, and AI-driven operational intelligence.
Success in this role requires a consultative seller who can navigate complex organizations, build relationships at multiple levels, and uncover opportunities that aren't yet on the table.
What You'll Do
Account Re-Engagement & Expansion
- Conduct structured outreach to dormant accounts, researching current business challenges, technology stack evolution, and organizational changes since the last engagement.
- Network inside these organizations to multi-thread relationships across IT, operations, finance, and executive leadership — surfacing untapped service opportunities beyond the original engagement scope.
- Develop account maps and prioritization strategies to maximize near-term revenue recovery from the existing base.
New Logo Acquisition
- Build and execute a prospecting strategy targeting mid-to-large U.S. manufacturers across sectors including discrete manufacturing, process manufacturing, industrial automation, and supply chain.
- Position KASH Tech's full portfolio — BI platform development, BI modernization, data engineering, cloud migration, AI strategy, and manufacturing-specific products — as integrated solutions to operational and analytical pain points.
- Drive pipeline from cold outreach through signed agreements, owning the full sales cycle.
Pipeline & Revenue Management
- Maintain a disciplined, well-documented pipeline with accurate forecasting tied to quarterly and annual revenue targets.
- Collaborate with delivery and technical leadership to scope and price engagements accurately.
- Hit Year 1 revenue target of $1.5M, with a clear path to $2–3M as the U.S. practice scales.
Market Intelligence & Strategy
- Provide regular market feedback to leadership on competitor positioning, client needs, and product-market fit signals in the U.S. manufacturing sector.
- Contribute to positioning and messaging for U.S. go-to-market materials, case studies, and sales collateral.
What We're Looking For
Required
- 5+ years of B2B technology sales experience, with demonstrated success in complex, consultative solution selling.
- Proven track record selling to manufacturing companies — understanding of operational priorities, plant-level data challenges, and IT/OT convergence.
- Experience in at least one of: data analytics, business intelligence, data management, cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP), or enterprise software.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills; ability to establish credibility at both the C-suite and department director level.
- Self-starter mentality: comfortable building pipeline from scratch with limited SDR support.
- Proficiency with CRM tools and disciplined pipeline hygiene.
Preferred
- Familiarity with BI platforms such as WebFOCUS, Power BI, Tableau, Pyramid Analytics, or similar.
- Experience re-engaging dormant or lapsed enterprise accounts.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or cloud-based data architectures.
- Understanding of manufacturing KPIs, OEE, supply chain analytics, or Industry 4.0 concepts.
- Prior experience working with or for technology consulting or professional services firms.
