Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Manager to join our client team. The primary focus of this role is to identify, engage, and onboard high-volume clients, specifically FX brokers and iGaming operators, to the company's PSP solutions.
This is a high-impact role for someone who thrives in Telegram-based networking, understands the high-risk payment landscape, and is motivated by uncapped commission based on transaction volume.
Key Responsibilities
- Active Prospecting: Identify potential clients (FX brokers, iGaming operators) through Telegram groups, industry forums, and digital communities.
- Client Acquisition: Reach out to decision-makers, pitch our PSP solutions, and "swipe" clients from competitors to drive high-volume traffic.
- Volume Growth: Manage the full sales cycle from initial contact to successful onboarding, focusing on maximizing total transaction volume.
- Networking & Events: Upon proven performance, represent the company at international conferences and industry summits to build face-to-face relationships.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the senior sales team to optimize outreach strategies and share market insights.
Requirements
- Fluent English (written and spoken) is mandatory.
- Proven Experience: Successful track record in B2B Sales, Business Development, or Lead-Generation within the PSP, Forex, or iGaming industries.
- Telegram Savvy: Deep understanding of how to navigate and leverage Telegram groups for business networking.
