Business Engineer, Trading

Description:

• Understand crypto products, blockchain technologies, and market dynamics to deliver solutions at scale.
• Identify stakeholders and align cross-functional partners to complete project goals.
• Break down complex engineering projects into executable tasks and coordinate with applicable teams.
• Design and build end-to-end mobile systems from architecture through launch strategy.
• Ship production-quality code with maintainability, documentation, and test coverage in mind.
• Conduct code reviews and incorporate feedback on your own code promptly.
• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and share project updates and data-driven insights.
• Serve as a subject matter expert within the mobile engineering team and advise on domain-level projects.
• Participate in interviewing and onboarding new team members.

Requirements:

• B.S. or M.S. in Computer Science, or equivalent degree/experience.
• Experience working in fintech, crypto, or Web3 environments.
• Experience communicating technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Demonstrated ability to integrate AI tools to improve workflows and produce measurable impact.
• Ongoing AI skill development, including prompt engineering, agent orchestration, and staying current with emerging AI technologies.
• Proven experience shipping production-quality mobile code for iOS and/or Android (preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Swift, Kotlin, or React Native (preferred).
• Familiarity with DeFi protocols, wallet integrations, or on-chain data (preferred).
• Experience contributing to open source projects or shared code repositories (preferred).
• Experience in highly collaborative, fast-paced environments (preferred).
• Experience adhering to responsible, ethical AI practices such as risk assessment and bias mitigation (preferred).
