Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Business Insights Analyst, based in Dubai, UAE, with flexibility for some remote work. The analyst will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data to provide actionable insights that support the ministry’s programs and initiatives. The role involves conducting market research, studying customer behavior and trends, and generating reports to inform decision-making.

Strong collaboration with stakeholders and clear communication of findings are key aspects of the position.

Qualifications

  • Strong Analytical Skills and Data Analytics expertise to analyze and interpret various data sources.
  • Experience in Market Research and deriving actionable Customer Insights to support strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent Communication skills to effectively present findings and collaborate with team members and stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in relevant data analysis tools and software is preferred.
  • Understanding of social research methods or experience in government, social development, or family-focused initiatives is an advantage.
  • Relevant educational background such as a degree in Business, Data Science, Sociology, or a related field is required.
