About the Role
This opportunity is for a Business Intelligence Analyst who will work with cross-functional teams to uncover data insights that support better decision-making in the healthcare space.
The role combines business analysis, SQL, Python, exploratory data analysis, client-facing reporting, and collaboration with product, analytics, client success, and sales stakeholders.
This position is well suited for someone who enjoys working with large datasets, building reusable analytical tools, creating clear client-facing insights, and communicating data findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
What You’ll Do
- Work closely with Product, Strategic Analytics, Client Success, and Sales teams to create client-facing analyses.
- Use data to identify insights that can support healthcare-related business decisions.
- Create data products from scratch and automate code so analytical work can be reused by other teammates.
- Leverage large healthcare datasets to identify and classify behavioral patterns among medical professionals.
- Continue improving both technical and non-technical skill sets.
- Collaborate with analysts, engineers, and commercial stakeholders within cross-functional delivery teams.
- Grow toward a presentation-focused role or take on deeper technical analytical challenges, depending on strengths and career goals.

Required Qualifications
- At least 3 years of experience demonstrating collaboration, reliability, curiosity, respect, and strong data-driven thinking.
- Excellent SQL skills, including the ability to create and evaluate complex SQL statements involving multiple tables and complex relationships.
- Fluency in Python for exploratory data analysis.
- Experience using common Python modules such as numpy, pandas, statsmodels, and matplotlib.
- Experience collaborating with non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to translate data into clear business insights.
Preferred Qualifications
- Working knowledge of statistics and data visualization.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Looker.
- Experience using AI coding assistants and building AI-supported workflows.
- Experience working in the healthcare industry.
- Experience presenting data to non-technical audiences.
