Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Business Intelligence Analyst. The Business Intelligence Analyst will be responsible for analyzing datasets, creating data models, developing dashboards, and utilizing business intelligence tools to generate insights. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to identify data needs, conducting business analysis, and supporting decision-making by providing actionable intelligence. A collaborative approach and technical expertise are critical to success in this position.

Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills for identifying trends and interpreting complex datasets
• Proficiency in data modeling and working with structured and unstructured data sources
• Experience in designing and creating dashboards for data visualization and reporting
• Proficient in using business intelligence tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar platforms
• Expertise in business analysis and working with stakeholders to gather requirements
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate insights effectively
• A bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field
• Experience in foodservice or facilities management is a plus but not required
