Job Description

They are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst to develop campaign performance data products and turn multi-source data into actionable insights for internal teams and clients. This role involves collaborating with various teams to improve data pipelines and reporting systems.

Responsibilities

  • Own the development of campaign performance data products (dashboards reporting frameworks, and insight layers)
  • Translate complex, multisource data into clear decision-oriented insights and narratives
  • Identify performance drivers, trends, and opportunities across campaigns, content, and audiences
  • Evolve reporting from descriptive to diagnostic and prescriptive insights
  • Design and maintain scalable BI dashboards for internal and client use
  • Define and standardize core metrics, business logic, and calculation frameworks
  • Integrate data from multiple sources (e.g., Sigma, Adobe Analytics, ad servers) into unified a unified reporting layer
  • Pull and validate data from Sigma dashboards (core reporting layer)
  • Work with teams to integrate data from sources like Adobe Analytics and ad servers (e.g., DFA/DCM)
  • Help define and document data logic and calculation rules (e.g., exclusions, standardizing metrics)
  • Help transition reporting from manual workflows to automated, productized reporting systems
  • Support development of AI-assisted reporting and insight generation workflows
  • Ensure consistency and scalability across reporting templates and outputs
  • Continuously improve data quality, validation processes, and system reliability
  • Collaborate with product to share reporting experiences and client facing data tools
  • Ensure data products effectively support client needs and use cases
  • Work with Analytics/Engineering on data integrity, pipeline improvements, and enhancements
  • Embed optimization insights into scalable reporting and dashboard experiences

Skills

  • 1-3 years in BI Analytics, digital marketing analytics, or data focused roles
  • Experience working with campaign performance or user engagement data
  • Experience with BI tools (Sigma, Tableau, Looker, or similar)
  • Familiarity with analytics platforms (Adobe Analytics or similar)
  • Working knowledge of data modeling concepts and metric standardization
  • Strong Excel skills
  • Ability to move beyond reporting to insight generation and problem solving
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on data accuracy and consistency
  • Curiosity for improving systems, not just outputs
  • Ability to translate data into clear, actionable narratives for stakeholders
  • Comfortable creating client-ready deliverables and dashboards
  • Strong cross-functional collaboration skills
  • Experience in healthcare, pharma, or regulated industries
  • Exposure to programmatic media, DSPs, or ad tech ecosystems
  • Familiarity with AI tools or automation workflows in analytics
  • Basic SQL knowledge
