Responsibilities

This is a role well suited to an ambitious professional, looking for the next step in their career. As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • You will design, build, and maintain dashboards and reports that provide clear visibility into key performance indicators and business metrics.
  • You will support the financial closing, forecasting, and budget planning processes in alignment with other relevant cross functional units.
  • You will translate complex data into actionable insights that support both strategic and day‑to‑day decision‑making across the business.
  • You will collaborate closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to understand data needs, uncover gaps, and develop data‑driven solutions.
  • You will build and automate data workflows (from data extraction to transformation) and empower stakeholders by training them to use and adapt these workflows independently.
  • You will develop low‑code applications (e.g., PowerApps) to streamline internal processes, reduce manual effort, and enhance operational efficiency.

  • You have completed a degree in Business Administration, Business Informatics, Finance, or any related discipline and have 3-5 years of experience in related field.
  • You have extensive experience and skills in Digitalization and Automation, with digital tools including Power BI, KNIME, SAP, and Snowflake. Experience with Anaplan and/or Jedox is a plus.
  • You have solid understanding of financial processes (budgeting, forecasting, project accounting), and have the ability to translate financial requirements into automated IT solutions
  • You possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, analytical ability and quick adaptability to changes are part of your core values.
  • You have excellent English skills (spoken and written), knowledge of other languages is an advantage.
  • You bring a positive, “can do” attitude and an innate curiosity towards finding creative ways to solve complex problems.
  • You thrive in a virtual and flexible work environment, comfortably adapting your schedule to business needs.

The Base Pay Range For This Position Is

$81,780 - $112,453

Factors which may affect starting pay within this range may include geography/market, skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

If this is a commission eligible position the commission eligibility will be in accordance with the terms of the Company's plan. Commissions are based on individual performance and/or company performance.
