Business Intelligence Analyst, Claims 💰 Salary: $96,000 - 135,000 per year

📝 Rquirements:

• Bachelors Degree or equivalent professional knowledge in a relevant field
• 4–6 years of applicable experience in analytics, reporting, or data roles
• Preferably have experience in Claims and Insurance environments, including knowledge of claims data and operations
• Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying, analysis, and dataset creation
• Basic to intermediate skills in Python for analytics, automation, or modeling tasks

👩‍💻👨‍💻 Your responsibilities are:

• Create datasets utilized as foundational sources for various reports and data marts
• Conduct exploratory analysis, data manipulation, or data modeling for deliverables
• Lead or facilitate meetings to transform business requirements into well-defined, documented, high-quality specifications for future reporting and visualizations
• Provide consultative support to cross-functional teams and external departments that handle data
• Assist in the creation of complex ad hoc reports
• Utilize critical thinking and discretion in analysis, planning, and execution of essential business initiatives
• Offer actionable recommendations based on thorough analysis of requested data
• Implement data best practices to ensure the quality and accessibility of assembled datasets
