About The Opportunity

Are you a problem-solver with a passion for data analysis and visualization? We are seeking a Business Intelligence (BI) Developer/Analyst II to join our leading-edge team. In this role, you'll bring your expert Power BI development skills, SQL knowledge, and understanding of relational databases to bear, working directly with one of our most valued clients in the corporate travel industry.

You’ll be at the forefront of our analytics operations, translating complex datasets into accessible, impactful insights that can drive strategic decisions for our client. Your well-crafted BI dashboards and reports will become integral tools, contributing to the improvement of travel management processes and strategies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Power BI Development: Design, develop, and optimize advanced BI dashboards and reports using Power BI. Ensure they are intuitive, efficient, and tailored to the client’s needs.
  • Data Analysis: Conduct comprehensive analysis of complex data, identifying trends, and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
  • SQL and Database Management: Leverage SQL skills to query, manipulate and manage data within relational databases. Ensure the efficient and effective use of data in support of strategic initiatives.
  • Client Relationship Management: Work directly with our client, understanding their needs, and presenting your findings in a clear and persuasive manner.

Experience & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Scientist, with strong proficiency in Fabric & Power BI.
  • Solid experience in SQL and working with relational databases.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to dissect large amounts of data.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to effectively convey complex information.
  • Experience in the corporate travel industry is a plus.
