Join our team as a Business Intelligence and Dashboard Consultant, where you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our client's recruiting analytics for a high-volume, seasonal hiring initiative. This exciting opportunity involves modernizing a wide array of legacy dashboards using Tableau and Amazon QuickSight. We are seeking a candidate with strong expertise in people analytics, capable of translating stakeholder needs into meaningful insights that drive results. Your work will be essential in improving visibility into recruitment pipelines, progress, and identifying bottlenecks.

Rate: $75.00 to $80.00/hr. W2

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment and redesign of approximately 50 recruiting and people analytics dashboards in relation to job architecture changes.
  • Streamline and consolidate dashboards into a focused suite of about 10 to 20 impactful assets that align with business objectives.
  • Ensure dashboards effectively support the dynamics of high-volume, seasonal hiring while meeting the demands of talent acquisition teams.
  • Revamp reporting frameworks from outdated structures to a forward-thinking analytics model centered on optimization.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify critical data points, KPIs, and insights pertaining to hiring volume, locations, funnels, pipelines, and candidates in process.
  • Design user-friendly dashboards that illustrate pipeline health, hiring progress, and operational bottlenecks, aiding recruiters and talent acquisition leaders.
  • Ensure dashboards are actionable, scalable, and accessible for end users involved in recruiting and workforce planning.
  • Conduct discovery sessions with stakeholders within the first 90 days to document existing reporting frameworks, data sources, KPIs, and essential business questions.
  • Transform stakeholder requirements into a strategic dashboard approach aligned with the new job architecture.
  • Provide guidance on the optimal use of Tableau and Amazon QuickSight for dashboard deployment based on audience needs and scalability.
  • Create production-ready dashboards for rollout in conjunction with the new job architecture implementation.
  • Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.

Experience Requirements:

  • Strong background in people analytics, particularly within talent acquisition or high-volume hiring environments.
  • Proven experience in designing, consolidating, and re-engineering dashboards from the ground up.
  • Advanced, hands-on proficiency with Tableau and Amazon QuickSight.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting operations, talent acquisition workflows, and hiring pipelines.
  • Excellent communication skills to connect with both technical and non-technical stakeholders effectively.
  • Able to navigate ambiguous situations and provide clarity while achieving results.
  • Experience with job architecture transformations, including titles, families, and job codes (preferred).
  • Familiarity with seasonal or surge hiring practices (preferred).
