Join Our Team as a Business Intelligence and Dashboard Specialist!

We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence and Dashboard Specialist to elevate our recruiting analytics for a high-volume, seasonal hiring program. This role involves transforming a collection of legacy dashboards into a modern, streamlined suite using Tableau and Amazon QuickSight.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the assessment and redesign of approximately 50 recruiting and people analytics dashboards to align with updated job architecture.
  • Consolidate and rebuild the dashboards into a simplified set of about 10 to 20 high-impact tools tailored to business priorities.
  • Ensure dashboards cater to high-volume, seasonal hiring cycles, supporting the rapid pace required by talent acquisition teams.
  • Transition reporting from legacy formats to a forward-looking, optimization-focused analytics model.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify essential data points, KPIs, and insights regarding hiring volume, locations, pipelines, and in-process candidates.
  • Design intuitive and actionable dashboards that highlight pipeline health, hiring progress, and operational bottlenecks for recruiters and leaders in talent acquisition.
  • Conduct stakeholder discovery sessions within the first 90 days to document current reporting structures, data sources, KPIs, and business inquiries.
  • Translate stakeholder insights into a strategic dashboard plan that aligns with new job architecture.
  • Recommend the optimal platform for dashboards across Tableau and Amazon QuickSight based on user needs and scalability.
  • Prepare dashboards for production deployment coinciding with the rollout of the new job architecture.
  • Support a post-implementation review to assess effectiveness and identify areas for optimization.

Experience Requirements:

  • Strong background in people analytics focused on talent acquisition or high-volume hiring environments.
  • Proven experience in designing, consolidating, and reconstructing dashboards from scratch.
  • Advanced hands-on expertise with Tableau and Amazon QuickSight.
  • Deep understanding of recruiting operations, talent acquisition workflows, and hiring pipelines.
  • Adept at effectively communicating with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Capable of navigating ambiguity to drive clarity and successful outcomes.
  • Experience with job architecture transformation preferred.
  • Familiarity with seasonal or surge hiring models is advantageous.
