We are seeking a talented Business Intelligence and Dashboard Specialist to lead the redesign and optimization of our recruiting analytics for a high-volume, seasonal hiring program. In this role, you will transform a legacy set of dashboards into a modern, scalable suite using Tableau and Amazon QuickSight. Your expertise in people analytics and talent acquisition operations will be crucial in translating stakeholder needs into actionable insights that enhance visibility into hiring pipelines, progress, and bottlenecks.

Rate: $58.00 to $66.00/hr. W2
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the assessment and redesign of approximately 50 recruiting and people analytics dashboards impacted by job architecture changes.
- Consolidate and rebuild dashboards into a streamlined, high-impact suite aligned with business priorities.
- Ensure dashboards cater to high-volume seasonal hiring cycles, supporting the pace required by talent acquisition teams.
- Reframe reporting from outdated structures to a future-ready analytics model.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key data points, KPIs, metrics, and insights across hiring volume, locations, funnels, pipelines, and in-process candidates.
- Design intuitive dashboards that highlight pipeline health, hiring progress, and operational bottlenecks for recruiters and talent acquisition leaders.
- Conduct interviews with stakeholders to understand current dashboard usage, strengths, and gaps.
- Document existing reporting structures, data sources, KPIs, and business questions.
- Translate stakeholder needs into a forward-looking dashboard strategy aligned with the new job architecture.
- Work with workforce planning consultants to evaluate current reporting approaches and recommend improvements.
- Determine which dashboards should be developed in Tableau versus Amazon QuickSight based on audience needs and scalability.
- Build dashboards in preparation for deployment with the new job architecture.
- Support a post-implementation assessment to evaluate dashboard effectiveness and identify optimization opportunities.
Qualifications:
- Strong background in people analytics, particularly in talent acquisition or high-volume hiring environments.
- Proven experience designing, consolidating, and rebuilding dashboards from scratch.
- Advanced hands-on expertise with Tableau and Amazon QuickSight.
- Deep understanding of recruiting operations, talent acquisition workflows, and hiring pipelines.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Adeptness in navigating ambiguity and driving structure, clarity, and outcomes.
- Experience with job architecture remaps or transformations is preferred.
- Familiarity with seasonal or surge hiring models is also preferred.
