About the role

As a BI Architect, you will make an impact by designing and implementing scalable, enterprise Business Intelligence solutions that enable data-driven decision-making. You will be a valued member of the data and analytics team and work collaboratively with Data Engineering, Architecture, and business stakeholders to deliver modern BI capabilities.

In this role, you will:

  • Define end-to-end BI architecture across data consumption, semantic layer, and visualization using platforms such as Qlik and Looker
  • Drive BI platform strategy, including consolidation, optimization, and modernization initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Data Engineering and Architecture teams to ensure upstream data readiness and consistency
  • Design scalable BI solutions aligned with modern cloud and lakehouse-based data platforms
  • Establish and enforce enterprise BI standards, frameworks, and best practices

What you need to have to be considered

  • Strong experience designing and implementing BI architectures using platforms such as Qlik or Looker
  • Proven experience with semantic data modeling, reporting, and dashboard development
  • Experience working with modern data platforms (cloud/lakehouse architectures)
  • Strong understanding of data security, role-based access, and governance in BI environments
  • Experience leading BI initiatives, including planning, estimation, and execution

  • Experience driving BI platform rationalization and consolidation strategies
  • Knowledge of BI performance tuning, monitoring, and usage optimization
  • Experience mentoring or leading BI developers and analysts
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to align BI solutions with business needs
