Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Business Intelligence (BI) Architect to join our dynamic team. The BI Architect will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining our business intelligence architecture to effectively support the business requirements. This role involves managing data tools, building data pipelines, and ensuring data accuracy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of data management, data warehousing, and business intelligence tools.

Responsibilities

Design and implement BI solutions: The BI Architect will design and implement BI software and systems, including integration with databases and data warehouses.

Data Analysis: They will be responsible for analyzing business processes and requirements to identify opportunities for BI solutions.

Collaboration: The BI Architect will work closely with stakeholders and team members to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements.

Training and Support: They will provide training and support to users to ensure effective use of BI solutions.

Required Skills

Solution Architecture: The candidate must have a strong understanding of solution architecture and the ability to design and implement complex business solutions.

Power BI: Proficiency in Power BI is essential for creating and managing BI and analytics solutions that turn data into knowledge.

Data Modeling: The candidate should have a strong background in data modeling, including the design and implementation of relational databases.

The candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred.

Preferred Skills

• DATA ARCHITECTURE: Understanding of data architecture principles and methods would be beneficial.
• SQL: Knowledge of SQL for managing and manipulating data.
• ETL Tools: Experience with ETL tools for data integration.
• Data Warehousing: Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and structures.
• Data Visualization: Skills in data visualization and reporting tools other than PowerBI, such as Tableau.
• Big Data Technologies: Experience with big data technologies like Hadoop, Spark, etc.
• Cloud Platforms: Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, Google Cloud, etc.
• Python/R: Programming skills in Python or R for data analysis.
• Machine Learning: Understanding of machine learning algorithms and their application.
• Project Management: Experience in managing projects and leading teams.
