What You’ll Work On
You will support real client projects such as:
- Sales performance dashboards
- CRM pipeline reporting and forecasting
- Government contracting workflow analytics
- Inventory and operational reporting
- Margin and profitability dashboards
- Finance / ERP reporting (AR, budgeting, cost control, journal automation)
- Executive KPI scorecards
- Automated monthly reporting solutions
Responsibilities
- Design and develop dashboards, reports, and data models using Power BI and Microsoft Fabric
- Build transformations and automations using Power Query, DAX, and Power Automate
- Connect data from Excel, SQL, CRM, ERP, finance systems, APIs, and operational platforms
- Use Python when needed for automation, analytics, or data preparation
- Translate business needs into clear executive dashboards and measurable insights
- Improve dashboard performance, usability, and visual design
- Support multiple client projects in a fast-moving consulting environment
Qualifications
- Strong experience with Power BI (Power Query, DAX, modeling)
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric is a plus
- Experience with Power Automate and workflow automation
- Working knowledge of Python
- 3+ years of Power BI / BI development experience
- Experience with SQL databases
- Experience with ERP / Finance systems (Dynamics 365 F&O, SAP, NetSuite, Sage, etc.) is a plus
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and documentation skills
- Ability to simplify complex metrics into business insights
- Exposure to sales performance, CRM pipeline reporting, government contracting workflows, inventory analytics, and finance reporting
- Microsoft PL-300 certification is a plus
