Knowledge and Skills
- Knowledge of Service Level Agreement (SLA), laws, rules, security policies, privacy, and data confidentiality management.
- Proficiency with multiple business intelligence software applications (SQL, SSIS, MS Visual Studio, Tableau, Visual Basic, MS Access, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, UI Path) and multidimensional and relational database design.
- Understanding of project management concepts, principles, and practices.
- Skilled in the use of Business Intelligence tools (SQL, SSIS, Tableau, Visual Basic, MS Access, RPA).
- Experience with dimensional and relational database design.
- Ability to analyze, design review, troubleshoot, implement, and integrate applications.
- Knowledge of engineering workflow, IT lifecycle, system design, performance tuning, and Business Intelligence tools and features.
- Knowledge of statistical and business analysis, research and analysis methodologies.
- Proficiency in keyboarding and Microsoft Office programs such as Excel, Word, Access, PowerPoint, and Google Workspace (Gmail, Calendar, Chat, Sheets, Docs, Forms, Slides).
- Strong problem‑solving and negotiation skills to research and resolve issues.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Effective listening, oral and written communication skills to convey technical and non‑technical concepts to various audiences, and ability to write business and functional requirements, diagram business processes, translate into technical solutions and reports, query and view objects, and present them in a meaningful format.
Job Responsibilities
- Design reports requiring analysis, write SQL queries, conduct data mining, and present findings to technical and non‑technical audiences across platforms such as Tableau, Excel, Power BI, Sales Force Marketing Cloud, and UI Path.
- Create Journeys in Sales Force Marketing Cloud for sending ongoing electronic messages (email and SMS).
- Prioritize business and operational needs.
- Extract, import, clean, transform, and validate data.
- Write queries using SQL and MS Access.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret trends or patterns in complex data sets.
- Create standard and ad‑hoc reports, including detail, summary, history, snapshots, drill‑down, and other formats.
