Business Intelligence Data Analyst

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Data Analyst with 3+ years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

Partner with Customer Success leadership to define, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs)

Build and maintain SQL-based queries, reports, and dashboards using BI tools

Translate business needs into analytical frameworks and actionable insights

Required Qualifications

A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (Master's degree preferred)

6+ years of experience in a data analyst, business intelligence, or related role

Advanced SQL skills and experience working with relational databases

Hands-on experience with BI / reporting tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)

Experience working with or supporting Customer Success or similar customer-facing teams
