Job Title: Business Intelligence Data Analyst

About the Role

We’re looking for a Business Intelligence Data Analyst to help build the foundation for scalable, data-driven decision-making. This role sits within a high-impact team focused on unifying data across systems, strengthening governance, and enabling the transition toward more AI-driven insights.

You’ll work across multiple business domains to identify, structure, and transform data, ensuring it’s accurate, accessible, and ready for visualization and advanced analytics.

What You’ll Do

• Query and transform complex datasets from multiple systems to support analytics and reporting
• Build and maintain data pipelines to ingest data from SaaS platforms (via APIs), databases, and file exports
• Standardize and harmonize data models to enable consistent, cross-functional reporting
• Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and quality issues—and resolve them proactively
• Develop dashboards and visualizations (primarily in Tableau) to communicate insights and KPIs
• Document data pipelines, schemas, and transformation logic to support governance and scalability
• Partner cross-functionally to align data structures with business needs

Must-Have Skills & Experience

• Strong ability to query databases and transform data (SQL required)
• Hands-on experience with Tableau
• Experience extracting data from SaaS platforms via APIs
• Solid understanding of data modeling, data quality, and governance principles
• Proficiency with tools such as Python, SQL, Spark, Airflow, or similar
• Experience working with cloud data environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP)

Nice to Have

• Exposure to AI tools or data-driven automation
• Experience with real estate, finance, or workplace operations data
• Familiarity with modern data ecosystems and evolving BI/AI tooling
