We are looking for an experienced Power BI Developer to design and build professional business intelligence dashboards. You will be responsible for turning raw sales, profit, inventory, and customer data into clear, actionable insights using best-practice Star Schema modeling.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop end-to-end Power BI dashboards and reports using Power BI Desktop and Service
• Build optimized Star Schema data models (Fact & Dimension tables)
• Perform data cleaning and transformation using Power Query
• Create advanced DAX measures for complex business KPIs (P&L by brand/channel/store, Marginal & Contribution Profit, DIO, inventory aging, customer analytics, exchange rates, tourist trends, etc.)
• Collaborate with internal teams to gather requirements and deliver insightful visualizations
• Train internal staff on proper data preparation standards for Power BI
• Ensure dashboard performance, security (RLS), and smooth data refresh

Requirements

• Degree holder in Business Intelligence, Business Analytics, Information Management or related disciplines.
• 3 years or above hands‑on experience in Power BI development (Desktop + Service), preferably in FMCG /retail industry
• Strong expertise in Power BI development including Star Schema design, data modelling, DAX and Power Query skills
• Proven track record of delivering end‑to‑end BI solutions that drive measurable business growth, process optimization, or cost savings through data‑driven insights
• Solid understanding of retail/beauty/fashion business metrics (Profit & Loss, Inventory, Customer analysis)
• Certification in BI tools or data management is highly preferable
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non‑technical users
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
