Job Title: Business Intelligence Developer / Specialist

Location: Toronto, ON (ONSITE)

Duration: 10+ Months

Client: Public Sector

Pay Rate: $90/hr - $95/hr (CAD)

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and support BI solutions using OBIEE, Oracle Analytics Cloud (OAC), and BI Publisher
• Design and maintain RPD semantic models (facts, dimensions, hierarchies)
• Build reports, dashboards, alerts, and scheduled reporting solutions
• Ensure data accuracy by validating, analyzing, and troubleshooting issues
• Collaborate with ETL and data teams for data integration and reporting
• Handle incident resolution, performance tuning, and root cause analysis
• Work in Azure DevOps environment (user stories, sprint tasks, documentation)

Must Have Skills:

• Strong experience in OBIEE, OAC, and BI Publisher (mandatory)
• Expertise in SQL (SQL Server preferred)
• Knowledge of dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schema)
• Good understanding of ETL processes and data flow
• Experience with Azure DevOps / Agile methodology
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills
• Experience with SSIS, Azure Data Factory
• Exposure to Power BI
• Knowledge of data modeling tools (Visio, PowerDesigner).
