ATLAS BI Developer

Hybrid (3 days in the office) Location: London Bridge

Are you a BI Developer who loves turning data into meaningful insight and thrives in environments where no two days are the same?

This isn’t a traditional, slow-moving BI position. Priorities shift

We’re looking for BI Developers who combine strong technical skills with adaptability and ownership. Work across multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously

Balance delivery across competing priorities — without compromising quality

Fast-paced teams with shifting priorities

Strong SQL Server development skills, including writing and optimising T-SQL queries and stored procedures.

Working knowledge of BI and data warehousing methodologies, with the ability to implement solutions in line with agreed approaches and standards.

Familiarity with Azure data services and modern data platform components.

Experience applying data validation and testing techniques to ensure data accuracy, reliability, and quality.

Ability to work within established architectural patterns, data models, and development standards.

Programming or scripting experience is desirable.

Experience working within Data Vault and Kimball modelling approaches.

This role isn’t suited to those who have only worked in highly structured, single-project environments.
