Main Duties & Responsibilities:
CRM Analytics (CRMA) Development
- Serve as the primary developer and owner of CRM Analytics (CRMA), building and maintaining dashboards, lenses, and dataflows that surface actionable insights from Salesforce data across the organization.
- Design and optimize CRMA dataflows and recipes, ensuring data accuracy, performance, and reliability across all connected datasets.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver CRMA solutions that directly support operational and strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and document existing CRMA assets, proactively identifying opportunities to improve performance, reduce complexity, and extend analytical coverage.
Data Pipeline & Snowflake Migration
- Lead the technical design and phased execution of a data migration strategy, transitioning Salesforce data out of CRMA and into Snowflake as the central analytics data warehouse.
- Build and maintain ELT/ETL pipelines that reliably move and transform Salesforce data into Snowflake, ensuring data quality, schema consistency, and auditability throughout.
- Develop and manage data models within Snowflake that support scalable, performant analytical workloads across business functions.
- Collaborate with IT and platform teams to establish data governance standards, access controls, and pipeline monitoring practices within the Snowflake environment.
Tableau Analytics Buildout
- Drive the long-term transition from CRMA to Tableau as the organization's primary analytics and visualization platform, developing new dashboards and reports connected to Snowflake.
- Build Tableau workbooks and data sources that are optimized for performance, ease of use, and self-service consumption by non-technical stakeholders.
- Establish Tableau development standards and best practices that will scale as the platform becomes the analytics foundation for the business.
- Support end-user adoption of Tableau through documentation, training materials, and direct engagement with report consumers across the organization.
Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Reporting
- Serve as a technical point of contact for analytics inquiries from senior leadership, translating complex data questions into clear findings and well-designed visual deliverables.
- Present analytical outputs and project progress to executive stakeholders in a concise, business-focused manner.
- Act as an internal advocate for data-driven decision-making, helping business teams understand what the data is telling them and how to act on it.
Skills & Experience:
- 3+ years of hands-on experience developing within CRM Analytics (CRMA/Salesforce Einstein Analytics), including dataflows, recipes, SAQL, and dashboard construction.
- Strong working knowledge of the Salesforce data model and experience extracting, transforming, and analyzing Salesforce data for reporting purposes.
- Proficiency in SQL, with the ability to write complex queries for data transformation, analysis, and pipeline development.
- Practical experience with Snowflake or a comparable cloud data warehouse platform, including data modeling, schema design, and query optimization.
- Experience building or supporting ELT/ETL pipelines using modern data integration tooling.
- Demonstrated ability to communicate analytical findings and project updates clearly to senior and executive-level stakeholders.
- Hands-on Tableau development experience is highly preferred.
- Bachelors degree or higher in Computer Science or related field is preferred.
- Industry certifications preferred (CRMA, Snowflake, BI, Salesforce, etc.).
