As a Business Intelligence Engineer, you will be a crucial part of the MarketPoint Sales Reporting team, responsible for collecting, integrating, analyzing, and presenting sales data. This data transforms into engaging reports and dashboards, creating insightful business intelligence that drives impactful decision-making.

Typical Responsibilities include:

  • Developing dynamic, customized reports and dashboards using Microsoft Power BI.
  • Creating and designing data visualizations, including charts, tables, and report layouts.
  • Collaborating with market and channel leaders to leverage data and technology for maximizing business impact.
  • Analyzing diverse sales data to derive actionable insights.
  • Writing queries to extract, summarize, and analyze data across various datasets and platforms.

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience creating reports and dashboards with Power BI.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including advanced formulas, pivots, and graphical data representations.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in SQL, SAS, or other data management systems.
  • At least 2 years of experience in data analysis.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with data mining and predictive modeling techniques.
  • Ability to utilize data to drive business outcomes and strategic decisions.

Travel: This position allows for remote work, but occasional travel to Humana’s offices may be necessary for training or meetings.

Scheduled Weekly Hours: 40

Pay Range: $66,800 - $91,100 per year, with eligibility for a bonus incentive plan based on individual and company performance.
