Business Intelligence Engineer

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Engineer with a strong background in data analysis, visualization, and business intelligence solutions. This role will focus on leveraging data to optimize supply chain performance and operational efficiency within a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Evaluate the performance of the robotics supply chain and order management processes. Design, build, and maintain metrics and reports on supply chain execution. Respond to ad hoc requests from business leaders to investigate critical aspects of supply chain performance. Employ data mining, model building, segmentation, and other analytical techniques to capture important trends. Participate in strategic and tactical planning discussions to support data-driven decision-making. Develop Tableau dashboards and other visualization tools to present actionable insights.

Designing Tableau Dashboards Strong Working Knowledge of SQL Background in Statistics, Programming, and Supply Chain

Skills & Experience Required

0-3 years of experience working with large-scale complex datasets. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to decompose business requirements into an analytical plan. Proficiency in SQL and experience with data visualization tools. Background (academic or professional) in statistics, programming, and supply chain. Experience with report creation and KPI tracking. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with engineers and business leaders.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with ERP systems such as Kinaxis or SAP. Familiarity with QuickSight or other BI tools. Graduate degree in math/statistics, computer science, or a related field.
