Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provided training to end-users to ensure effective ERP software utilization
- Managed support tickets and outages, minimizing disruption and swiftly restored services
- Leveraged SQL to develop reports that presented production data to plant management
- Drove decision-making and uncovered manufacturing opportunities, while liaising with stakeholders to deliver regular updates on KPIs
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong ability to analyze complex datasets and transform them into actionable insights.
- Experience working with ERP platforms
- Expert-level skills in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, listening and presentation skills
- The ability to work both as a team and independently
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Technological and computer knowledge
- Excellent verbal and written skills for documenting processes and interacting with all levels of the organization
- Aspen Canopy experience preferred
