What we ask
Candidate's Profile
- 5–8 years in Business Intelligence, Data Analytics, or Insights roles
- Experience working across multi‑country organizations
- Strong understanding of Salesforce analytics, commercial excellence, and B2B data
- Experience working with digital analytics, campaign measurement, and DMS preferred
Technical Skills
- PowerBI expert; SQL (preferred); strong Excel
- Understanding of data modeling, KPI definitions, and operational dashboards
- Experience with digital analytics, NPS systems, and feedback tools
Soft Skills
- Strong communicator (able to simplify insights for commercial teams)
- Stakeholder management across senior leaders & multiple markets
- Analytical storyteller with high business acumen
- Pragmatic, structured, and self‑driven
