Business Intelligence Specialist

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Specialist to manage their Looker-based BI environment and analytics reporting.

Key Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day support and maintenance for the Looker BI environment, ensuring reliability and performance

Develop and maintain LookML models, Explores, and dashboards based on business needs, while troubleshooting production issues

Review and recommend improvements to data model architecture and establish metric governance

Required Qualifications

3+ years of hands-on experience with Looker (LookML, Explores, dashboards)

Strong knowledge of data modeling (star schema, snowflake, denormalized models)

Advanced SQL skills for analytical querying

Experience with cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Redshift)

Solid understanding of BI governance and best practices
