Construct and master decision-making frameworks to assist the Business President in formulating both tactical and long-term strategic maneuvers.
Lead deep-dive market analysis, user research, and competitive product benchmarking within the Wealth Management (WM) and Insurance sectors.
Bridge the gap between data and action. Identify core business issues through rigorous logic and drive consensus across complex, cross-functional teams.
Primarily look after the Hong Kong market while maintaining active communication channels with international counterparts.
Act as the initial strategic architect with the mandate to build and scale a
dedicated BI team as the business matures.
Rquirements:
At least 10-15 years of experience in the financial industry. Candidates from Tier-1 strategic consulting (agency side) or corporate strategy (client side) is highly preferred.
Solid understanding of Wealth Management and Insurance market sectors.
High data sensitivity and the ability to design sophisticated business models.
Proactive communicator. Proficiency in English is essential. Understanding of Mandarin is a plus.
Experience in international environments (HK, Singapore, etc.) is highly valued.
Willingness to travel from time to time to align with regional headquarters.
