Job Description

We are seeking a Business Intelligence Subject Matter Expert (SME) with strong experience in Palantir and Databricks platforms to support enterprise-level data analytics initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven background in building scalable BI solutions, developing data pipelines, and enabling data-driven decision-making through visualization and reporting tools.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and optimize BI solutions leveraging Palantir and Databricks.
• Work with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and translate requirements into technical specifications.
• Build and maintain data pipelines and ETL processes for large-scale datasets.
• Troubleshoot and optimize BI queries, data models, and workflows for efficiency and scalability.

Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and Data Analytics.
• Hands-on experience with Palantir and Databricks platforms.
• Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL development, and data warehousing concepts.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and/or PySpark.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with telecom or large enterprise clients (preferred).
