Business Manager (Risk & Compliance / Finance)

Job Description

• Facilitate monthly review meetings with CFO & EV leadership, covering both Finance and Risk & Compliance portfolios
• Monitor and track sales pipeline using Salesforce, ensuring opportunities are regularly updated in collaboration with Account PMO teams
• Analyze and report sales and revenue performance against budget, highlighting risks and opportunities
• Support follow-ups and actions to maintain pipeline accuracy and revenue visibility

• Manage senior leadership (MD) calendars, ensuring alignment across internal and client schedules
• Coordinate and optimize face-to-face meetings for efficiency and priority
• Oversee administrative processes including timesheets and expense submissions
• Handle visitor logistics such as building access, workspace arrangements, and Wi-Fi provisioning

• Plan and coordinate monthly team meetings, including logistics, venue arrangements, and catering
• CFO & EV: Finance and Risk & Compliance team meetings
• DRC: Risk & Compliance team meetings
• Partner with Managers to support agenda planning and content coordination
• Organize ad-hoc events such as client roundtables, workshops, and vendor partnership sessions
• Ensure seamless execution of both internal and external events

Requirements

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with attention to detail
• Experience in business operations, project coordination, or executive support
• Basic understanding of financial tracking, budgeting, and sales pipeline management
• Proficiency in tools such as Salesforce and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment
• Experience in event coordination or program management is an advantage
• High level of professionalism, discretion, and reliability
