Business Process Engineer

A company is looking for a Business Process Engineer to support transformation and optimization efforts within the Veterans Health Administration's Office of Healthcare Engineering & Facilities Programs. Key Responsibilities Conduct business process reengineering and performance improvement initiatives Analyze workflows, identify inefficiencies, and develop optimized process solutions Develop reports, white papers, and executive briefings to communicate findings and recommendations Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or related field Minimum of 8 years of experience in process improvement, consulting, or program support Lean Six Sigma certification (Green Belt or higher) is desired Experience supporting federal or VA programs is preferred Experience with workflow automation or digital transformation tools is a plus
