Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist

A company is looking for a ServiceNow Business Process Re-Engineering Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Define, document, and optimize business processes to align with grants management objectives

Facilitate requirements gathering sessions for new features and analyze current workflows for inefficiencies

Ensure compliance with governance processes and support integration of business processes across related programs

Required Qualifications

US Citizenship and ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance

Bachelor's degree in business administration, information systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)

Minimum of five years of experience in process engineering, business analysis, or systems implementation

Experience with ServiceNow-based solutions in a multi-stakeholder environment

Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform capabilities and ability to translate business requirements into functional designs
