About the Role

In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring that our investment products, including syndicate offerings, structured products, and alternative investments, comply with all applicable regulatory requirements and firm policies. This is a fully on-site position, with two rounds of interviews conducted via Zoom and on-site.

Responsibilities

• Assess client eligibility for purchasing specific investment products within International Wealth Management (IWM)
• Review client documentation in accordance with client type, product, and jurisdictional/regulatory requirements
• Ensure timely responses to trade requests
• Communicate client eligibility criteria and applicable product restrictions to the field

Qualifications

• 4 years of experience in financial services
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degrees are a plus
• Experience in product, risk, and regulatory compliance functions
• Familiarity with MiFID II, PRIIPs, AIFMD, and Reg S is a plus
• High attention to detail with the ability to meet strict daily deadlines
• Excellent analytical and communication skills

This opportunity is based in the vibrant city of Miami, offering a competitive pay rate of $34 an hour. The position is a 6+ month temp-to-perm role, providing a pathway to a permanent position for the right candidate.
