Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Business Systems Analyst (BSA) with strong expertise in Supply Chain Management and Execution (SCE). The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including Accounts Payable (AP) and Procurement, along with a solid understanding of purchasing and manufacturing environments.
This role requires a technical BSA who can collaborate closely with development and vendor teams, contribute to system implementations, and create detailed functional specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze and support Supply Chain Execution (SCE) processes and systems
- Work extensively within Procure-to-Pay (P2P), including AP and Procurement workflows
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into functional specifications
- Collaborate with developers and third-party vendors (including integration partners)
- Support system integrations in a complex implementation environment
- Work closely with stakeholders across supply chain, purchasing, and manufacturing teams
- Identify process improvements and provide effective problem-solving solutions
Required Skills & Experience:
- Strong experience in Supply Chain Management and Execution (SCE)
- Proven expertise in Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
- Hands-on experience with Accounts Payable (AP) and Procurement
- Experience in Purchasing, including direct materials in manufacturing environments
- Strong technical BSA background with experience writing functional specifications
- Experience working in integration-heavy environments
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and proactively in a team environment
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working with large consulting firms or vendors (e.g., system integrators)
- Exposure to enterprise implementations with outsourced development teams
