As part of our ongoing data transformation journey, we are expanding our data analytics capability to better support business decision-making. We are seeking a Data Analyst to work closely with business and data teams to turn data into meaningful insights, build trusted analyses, and help drive measurable business value across regions and domains.
We offer a hybrid work arrangement with two work‑from‑home days per week, flexible working hours (8:00-4:30, 8:30-5:00, 9:00-5:30, 9:30-6:00, or 10:00-6:30), 14-20 days of annual leave, double pay, performance bonus, comprehensive medical, dental, and life insurance, and a five‑day work week - all within a genuinely fun and collaborative work environment.
Responsibility:
- Identify opportunities for digital transformation through the use of intelligent products and data-driven solutions.
- Perform data analysis to uncover new insights and initiate proposals for innovative product solutions.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of existing systems, user requests, and business processes to identify gaps and prioritize improvement areas.
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to collect, analyze, and document business requirements, validate proposed solutions, and resolve conflicts or ambiguities.
- Partner with data analysts, data scientists, external vendors, and business teams to gather and refine requirements for data-related projects.
- Provide support for user acceptance testing (UAT), deliver hands-on training, and respond promptly to business user inquiries.
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Computer Science or related disciplines.
- 5+ of relevant experience; previous exposure in freight forwarding/Logistics Industry, vendor and project management preferred.
- Proficient in business process modeling and requirements gathering techniques, with the ability to assess business needs and translate them into effective solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage cross-functional teams and provide dedicated support to end users.
- Strong understanding of business processes and technical systems, skilled in process mapping, including analysis of current ("as-is") and future ("to-be") states, and conducting gap assessments.
- Experienced in coordinating with external vendors and internal development teams throughout the data-driven products lifecycle.
- Experience in SQL, creating Power BI visualizations, including the use of DAX and Power Query will be a plus.
- Proficient in both English and Chinese speaking and writing.
