The Role

We are currently hiring for an experienced Business Systems Specialist who is comfortable working autonomously and taking ownership of how teams operate across Business Development and Product & Delivery by designing, implementing, and optimizing the systems and workflows that connect them.

This role sits at the intersection of business operations, tooling, and process implementation — partnering closely with BizDev, Product Managers, and Customer Program Managers to translate operational requirements into scalable system solutions. The primary focus is on configuring and evolving workflows in monday.com (integrated with tools such as Jira), enabling teams to move from fragmented manual processes to structured, automated, and scalable operational workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

Partner with the BizDev team to design, implement and optimize CRM workflows in monday.com, including pipelines, deal tracking, and automations

Build and maintain automations, integrations, and apps (e.g., monday ↔ Jira) to streamline workflows and reduce manual work

Define and implement the handoff (“handshake”) between BizDev and delivery, ensuring smooth transition from deal to execution

Work with Customer Program Managers to:

Build and manage roadmaps in monday.com

Connect execution (Jira) to planning and visibility layers

Translate business and operational needs into scalable system designs (templates, workflows, structures)

Create and maintain templates for planning (e.g., ADPs, task structures, resource planning)

Guide teams on best practices and drive adoption of new processes and tools

About you

In order to set you up for success as a Business Systems Specialist at Wayve, we’re looking for the following skills and experience.

Essential

Hands-on experience with monday.com (CRM and Work Management), including building workflows, automations, integrations, and using AI capabilities

Experience working with Jira (understanding how engineering work is structured and how to connect it to other systems)

Experience designing and implementing workflows and processes within systems (not just using existing setups)

Strong ability to work cross-functionally with teams such as BizDev, Product, and Delivery

Process-oriented mindset with the ability to translate business needs into structured workflows and system solutions

Desirable

Experience in the automotive industry

Experience integrating monday.com with other tools (e.g., Jira, Slack, CRM systems, automation platforms)

This is a full-time role based in our office in Herzliya, Tel Aviv. At Wayve we want the best of all worlds so we operate a hybrid working policy that combines time together in our offices and workshops to fuel innovation, culture, relationships and learning, and time spent working from home. We operate core working hours so you can determine the schedule that works best for you and your team.
