About the Role: We’re looking for a Business Systems Analyst or Product Owner to lead the strategy, enhancement, and day-to-day management of our aec360 and Microsoft Dynamics 365 environment. You’ll act as the bridge between business teams and system capabilities—owning priorities, improving workflows, and driving adoption across the firm. This is a hands-on ownership role, not a passive admin position.
This position follows a hybrid schedule of three days per week in the office. Candidates may be based in the Bay Area or other Degenkolb office locations, including: Los Angeles, Orange, Sacramento, or San Diego, CA; or Seattle, WA.
Compensation and Benefits: The pay rate for this position ranges between $140,000 and $170,000 annually. This range is a good faith estimate provided pursuant to pay transparency laws. Actual pay rates will be based on various factors, including location, company geographic differentials, education level, and candidate qualifications.
