The Systems and Data Manager is a senior leadership role at the heart of Provide Equipment Hub's operational and strategic capability. This post-holder will own and drive PEH's entire systems and data agenda — from ensuring the accuracy and integrity of day-to-day data, to shaping the organisation's long-term approach to technology adoption, digital innovation, and the intelligent use of data as a strategic asset.

As PEH continues to grow as an employee-owned, commissioner-facing organisation, the quality, reliability, and sophistication of its data and systems have never been more important. The Systems and Data Manager will set the direction and standards that govern how PEH captures, manages, protects, and leverages its data — and will lead the identification and adoption of systems and technologies, including artificial intelligence and automation, that enable the organisation to operate with greater efficiency, accuracy, and insight.

The post-holder will provide strategic and operational leadership across four interconnected domains: data governance and compliance, systems strategy and implementation, business intelligence and analytics, and digital and AI innovation. They will work in close partnership with the Finance Director, Managing Director, Operations Director, and other senior leaders to ensure that PEH's data and systems capabilities directly serve its mission of Excellence, Innovation and Compassion.

We are looking for a forward-thinking, technically credible, and operationally grounded leader — someone who combines strategic vision with hands-on delivery, and who understands that great data management is not a back-office function but a core driver of organisational performance and service quality.
