The Campaign Analytics and Execution role plays a pivotal role in the development and continuous improvement of campaigns and leads programs for Private Wealth. This role will lead pre-campaign analysis, preparation and execution of lead programs and campaigns along with post campaign analysis to determine program effectiveness and reporting. This role requires hand on experience of data ETL from multiple databases and schemas.
Acts as a trusted advisor on business and client insights and works directly with members of PW business teams. He/She will consult on analytical solutions to understand, analyze, and synthesize requirements, goals and objectives relative to data and business intelligence needs and to enable high-quality, fact-based business decisions to drive better business outcomes.
- Acts as a trusted advisor to Private Wealth partners on campaign development, execution and performance monitoring by leading the design, development, and implementation of performance reporting for campaign owners and stakeholders
- Designs and produces ad-hoc, monthly, quarterly, and annual reports, dashboards, and performance commentary.
- Uses deep understanding of Private Wealth business operations and strategy to focus on the most relevant performance insights for each audience.
- Drives campaigns development and deployment processes independently and regularly handles non-routine situations.
- Proactively identifies emerging opportunities to actively engage business partners
- Breaks down strategic problems, and analyses data and information to provide subject matter insights and recommendations.
- Promotes reporting automation, self-serve analytics consumption, and the culture of analytics-driven decision making
- Builds various reporting dashboards using the most appropriate data extraction, data cleaning and data visualization techniques.
- Provides value through insights, reporting and data visualization techniques. Selects, configures and implements analytics solutions for consistency and repeatability.
- Documents and maintain operational procedures and processes relating to analytical and reporting processes.
- Builds effective relationships with internal/external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement a consistent campaign plan structure that clearly articulates business priorities/vision, goals and objectives and tactical elements
- Identify, implement and standardize approaches across the campaign management related to documentation, processes and communication for continuous improvement and efficiency
- Manage the execution, monitoring and measurement of integrated campaigns that drive results to pipeline
- Serve as the team's primary point of contact on campaign priorities, team responsibilities and resources, and campaign timing
- Partner with channel leads and marketing analytics to understand campaign performance data, recommend improvements and compile reporting for Marketing Business Partners to communicate with stakeholders
- Manage campaigns within business guidelines and deadlines in partnership with Business Partners
- Participate actively in campaign planning sessions, kickoffs, monthly and/or quarterly reporting reviews and other meetings as required
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of analytics experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Knowledge and experience in data preparation and statistical tool such as SAS, SQL, PowerBI, Power Query, SQL, SAS, R, Python is considered an asset.
- Experience in analyzing and presenting to senior team members and explaining performance metrics to non-data partners (internal or external) is considered an asset
