Cover regional asset allocators to identify fundraising opportunities and introduce them to the firm’s covered asset managers.
Assist in maintaining detailed records of asset manager profiles and their engagement history to ensure strategic follow-ups.
Provide comprehensive support across all CAS business lines, including Capital Introductions, Seed Investment, and Fund of Funds Advisory/Management, with a primary emphasis on the capital introduction workflow.
Conduct in-depth research and data gathering to ensure up-to-date market intelligence.
Collect asset manager data and perform statistical analysis of fund performances using both internal sources and external data vendors.
Arrange and coordinate capital introduction conferences and client roadshows across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring seamless execution and high-level client interaction.
Qualifications:

Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Approximately 3-5 years of work experience in hedge funds, capital introduction, investor relations, or financial markets with client-facing responsibilities.
Familiarity with the offshore hedge fund and asset management ecosystem from both allocator and manager perspectives. Experience with Chinese/Greater China markets is highly valued.
Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in financial databases for solid data analysis and presentation.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in a third language is considered an advantage.
High attention to detail, ability to multitask effectively, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team player mentality.
