Capital Introduction Analyst

Description：

• Cover regional asset allocators to identify fundraising opportunities and introduce them to the firm’s covered asset managers.
• Assist in maintaining detailed records of asset manager profiles and their engagement history to ensure strategic follow-ups.
• Provide comprehensive support across all CAS business lines, including Capital Introductions, Seed Investment, and Fund of Funds Advisory/Management, with a primary emphasis on the capital introduction workflow.
• Conduct in-depth research and data gathering to ensure up-to-date market intelligence.
• Collect asset manager data and perform statistical analysis of fund performances using both internal sources and external data vendors.
• Arrange and coordinate capital introduction conferences and client roadshows across the Asia-Pacific region, ensuring seamless execution and high-level client interaction.

Qualifications：

• Upright, humble, diligent with high moral values.
• Strong academic background in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
• Approximately 3-5 years of work experience in hedge funds, capital introduction, investor relations, or financial markets with client-facing responsibilities.
• Familiarity with the offshore hedge fund and asset management ecosystem from both allocator and manager perspectives. Experience with Chinese/Greater China markets is highly valued.
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint; proficiency in financial databases for solid data analysis and presentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Chinese. Proficiency in a third language is considered an advantage.
• High attention to detail, ability to multitask effectively, strong interpersonal skills, and a collaborative team player mentality.
