Job Description

Capital Markets Intelligence Panel — Founding Member

United States | Remote | Volunteer | Part-Time

The Aston Thomas Integrity Commission is the world's first AI forensic due diligence institution, and we are now forming the inaugural membership of our Capital Markets Intelligence Panel. This is the Commission's dedicated advisory body bringing the intelligence of capital markets, private equity, and M&A practice directly into the evolution of the Provenance & Integrity Standard, the world's first forensic benchmark for AI written specifically for litigation contexts.

This is a historic founding cohort. The practitioners who join now will be the ones who helped shape how the standard addresses the most consequential AI transactions in the world.

Why Capital Markets Intelligence

AI assets are moving through transactions at unprecedented scale — and the legal, governance, and provenance risks embedded in those assets are increasingly material to deal outcomes. The Capital Markets Intelligence Panel ensures that the Provenance & Integrity Standard reflects the real world transaction intelligence that only practitioners who have lived inside these deals can provide.

What Panel Members Do

Members advise on how developments in M&A activity, private equity investment, and capital markets practice should inform the standard's treatment of AI assets in transactional contexts. This means identifying emerging provenance and governance risks in AI asset acquisitions, advising on how the standard's documentation sufficiency framework should address deal specific scenarios, and contributing market intelligence during periodic panel deliberations that keeps the standard current with how capital markets actually evaluate AI.

Who We Are Seeking

Senior practitioners with significant experience in one or more of the following areas — private equity, venture capital, investment banking, M&A advisory, institutional investment, or financial services leadership. Candidates should bring direct experience evaluating or transacting AI assets or AI dependent businesses and a genuine understanding of how provenance, governance, and legal defensibility affect deal value and risk. Distinguished practitioners with nationally recognized standing in their field are particularly encouraged to apply.

This is an ultra-selective inaugural cohort. International applications will open subsequently.

What Panel Members Receive

Historic founding membership on ATIC's Capital Markets Intelligence Panel with public institutional recognition. Early access to ATIC research, standard updates, and transaction intelligence. Co-authorship opportunities on ATIC published guidance relevant to AI asset transactions. A peer network of senior capital markets practitioners and legal professionals at the frontier of AI forensic governance. Exceptional members will be considered for the panel chair appointment.
