About the Role

We’re looking for a performance-driven, entrepreneurial capital raiser to work side by side with our lead investor. You’ll be in the trenches—structuring deals, presenting to serious investors, and playing a pivotal role in the firm’s next phase of growth. If you thrive on results, relationships, and shared upside, this is your lane.

What You’ll Do

  • Raise capital for land development and value-add projects from your network of HNWIs, family offices, funds, and RIAs
  • Collaborate daily with our investor team on deal strategy, investor communications, and closings
  • Pitch live, pre-vetted investment opportunities via calls, meetings, and events
  • Ensure SEC and Reg D compliance across all capital raises
  • Contribute to capital stack design and deal structuring
  • Remain responsive, proactive, and investor-focused at all times

  • Proven track record of raising capital in real estate, private equity, or alternative investments
  • Deep relationships with active investors, capital groups, and family offices
  • Experience with syndications, waterfalls, PPMs, and investor reporting
  • Strong understanding of SEC/Reg D compliance
  • Entrepreneurial, self-starting mindset with high professional integrity

Job Type: Contract / Performance-Based Compensation: Up to $100/hr (based on promote participation, not hourly wage) Expected Hours: ~30 hours/week (flexible and performance-driven)
