Care Data Insights Manager

A company is looking for a Care Data Insights Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Translate quantitative and qualitative data into clear insight packages that shape decision options and recommended actions

Synthesize NPS, operational metrics, and external benchmarks to identify trends, risks, and opportunities in care experience and performance

Lead program management for cross-functional initiatives related to care performance and sentiment assessments

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, analytics, economics, healthcare administration, or a related field; advanced degree preferred

6+ years of experience in analytics, strategy, consulting, or business operations, preferably in healthcare or SaaS

Demonstrated experience producing executive-level insight decks and dashboards

Experience managing cross-functional initiatives and influencing stakeholders without direct authority

Proficiency with data visualization and BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
