About The Opportunity
We are a well-established specialized manufacturer looking for a Cash Application Analyst to join our team! This role is heavily focused on managing the full AR cycle, cash application, payment posting, and bank reconciliations within a fast-paced, high-volume environment. NetSuite experience is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities Of The Cash Application Analyst
- Apply and post customer payments (ACH, wire, check, credit card) accurately
- Resolve billing discrepancies
- Bank and credit card reconciliations
- Accounts Receivable - invoicing, customer account maintenance, and aging report
- Monitor outstanding balances and follow up on past-due accounts to improve collections efforts
Qualifications
- 3+ years of AR, cash application or relevant accounting experience
- NetSuite experience
- Intermediate Excel skills (Pivot Tables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP)
- Experience in high-volume, inventory, distribution, or manufacturing environments
