Job Title: Category & Insights Manager

Location: Los Angeles, CA

Reports To: VP of Sales Strategy

Compensation: $105,000 - $135,000 + bonus eligible

Archer Meat Snacks, one of the fastest-growing brands in the Natural and Specialty Channel, is looking for a Manager, Category & Insights to support reporting, internal storytelling, and data-driven decision making across the organization.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on execution, building polished deliverables, and transforming complex information into clear, actionable insights for internal stakeholders. You will partner closely with Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams to create impactful reporting, structured presentations, and data tools that help drive smarter business decisions.

We’re looking for someone who takes ownership, works with urgency, and can elevate the quality of reporting and presentations with minimal guidance.

What You’ll Own & Impact

Reporting & Internal Storytelling

• Own recurring reporting and insights deliverables that support Sales, Marketing, and leadership teams
• Translate data into clear internal narratives that help stakeholders understand business performance and opportunities
• Build dashboards, scorecards, and reports that improve visibility across customers, channels, and initiatives
• Structure data in a logical, easy-to-understand format for end users

Presentation Development & Deliverables

• Create polished presentations, business reviews, and executive-ready materials
• Improve existing templates, reporting tools, and presentation formats with minimal direction
• Convert leadership feedback into actionable, high-quality deliverables quickly and accurately
• Visually represent data in a way that simplifies insights and drives action

Cross-Functional Business Support

• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and leadership teams on reporting requests and business needs
• Support internal planning discussions with accurate data, organized insights, and strong follow-through
• Help identify trends and opportunities through ongoing analysis of internal and syndicated data

Data Management & Process Improvement

• Maintain and improve reporting processes, templates, and recurring analytics tools
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality across all reporting outputs
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, clarity, and usability of insights materials

What Sets You Apart

• 4+ years of experience in Category Insights, Category Management, Sales Analytics, Business Analytics, or related fields
• Strong ability to organize and structure data in a meaningful way
• Demonstrated ability to visually present data clearly and professionally
• Advanced PowerPoint and Excel skills
• Strong attention to detail with a hands-on, execution-focused mindset
• Ability to take feedback and quickly turn it into polished deliverables
• Strong communication skills and ability to work cross-functionally
• Experience with syndicated data tools (SPINS, Circana/IRI, Nielsen, Numerator) preferred
