Chemistry Researcher (Masters/PhDs) - AI Training
About The Role
What if your deep knowledge of chemistry could directly shape how AI reasons through some of the most complex scientific problems in the world? We're looking for Chemistry Experts — Masters and PhD-level researchers — to help train and evaluate cutting-edge AI models by designing, solving, and reviewing advanced chemistry problems.
This is a fully remote, flexible contract role built for serious scientists. No AI background needed — just rigorous domain expertise and a passion for getting things right.

- Type: Hourly Contract
- Location: Remote
- Commitment: 10–40 hours/week
What You'll Do
- Design and develop complex, real-world chemistry problems across organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
- Solve and critically review advanced problem sets to ensure scientific accuracy and depth
- Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to improve AI model reasoning
- Apply computational tools or coding skills (e.g., Python, Gaussian, VASP) where relevant to problem design
- Ensure all deliverables meet a high standard of scientific rigor, clarity, and precision
- Complete task-based assignments independently on your own schedule
Who You Are
- Holds a Master's or PhD in Chemistry or a closely related field
- Deep expertise in one or more areas: organic, inorganic, physical, or computational chemistry
